The French Eure-et-Loir Territorial Hospital Group has chosen ^TDBactiLink, TECHNIDATA’s dedicated software for microbiology middleware.

The technical bacteriology platforms of Chartres, Châteaudun and Dreux Hospitals, part of the French Eure-et-Loir Territorial Hospital Group (GHT28), will be equipped with ^TDBactiLink. Our expert middleware will take over the computerized management of all microbiological tests performed in such labs.

^TDBactilink is TECHNIDATA’s middleware designed for microbiology labs that are looking to improve organization, performance and efficiency without changing their laboratory information management system (LIMS).

^TDBactilink can be interfaced with all instruments and LIMS. It pools resources and allows you to standardize methods, particularly through the implementation of standard examination protocols.
Our solution is designed by microbiologists for microbiologists. It can be adapted to any type of laboratory organization and natively integrates epidemiology, alerts and paperless management functions.

^TDBactilink an ambitious acquisition made by GHT28, will be interfaced with 2 hospital information systems (Chartres/Châteaudun and Dreux). The middleware will support the connection of around ten instruments, for a daily base of 30 users.

This project is part of the national HOP’EN funding program to support the development of hospital information systems, focusing on “digital hospitals open to the healthcare environment”.

TECHNIDATA provides solutions to 6 military hospitals

TECHNIDATA responds to issues related to the current health crisis by assisting hospitals in implementing software solutions that interface hospital information systems (HIS) with biology laboratory information systems (LIS), therefore improving patient care.

The six French military hospital laboratories (Brest, Bordeaux, Toulon, Marseille, Percy, Bégin) have acquired and installed 18 PCR analyzers over the last six months to increase test processing capacity.
All the instruments are fully integrated into the laboratory workflow and optimized to respond to the high-performance organization based on ^TDNexLabs.

For purposes of reactivity and the management of results, all the laboratories are equipped with our ^TDPatient results server module, which allows patients to collect their results in real time by downloading them from a web portal. This service meets the need for rapid communication and a reduction of response time raised by the health crisis along with improving organizational efficiency.

Launching a new-generation of ^TDPatient, a patient-dedicated results server

We are aware of the pressure Covid-19 testing campaigns exert on the biology laboratories. This is why we have launched a new-generation of our ^TDPatient solution, a patient-dedicated results server.

From home, patients can safely access their Covid-19 test results and all their PDF results reports with just a few clicks. The delivery of test results is streamlined and accelerated. To further alleviate the workload laboratories are facing, the patient account administration is now managed by the patient (password, contact information, etc.).

The secured and automated delivery of digital format test results helps the laboratory save time, limit traffic in and out of the laboratory and reduce the workload of the administrative staff.

The Medical City Clinic (TMCC), the largest network of outpatient clinics in the Philippines, is now using ^TDNexLabs Laboratory Information System (LIS). TECHNIDATA deployed its ^TDNexLabs LIS in TMCC's Microsoft Azure Cloud. This purely cloud-based platform is the first in the Philippines and the whole region. This platform enables the Metro Manila locations of TMCC to order tests through ^TDWeb resulting in real-time generation of collection labels and process requests.

TMCC is currently using ^TDNexLabs General Laboratory, ^TDMicro and ^TDWeb modules. It also has the complementary module for Quality Management in the laboratory.

New ^TDNexLabs Site in Indonesia: Gleneagles Diagnostic Centre – Surabaya

TECHNIDATA’s distributor in Indonesia PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya (Summit) has recently announced that Gleneagles Diagnostic Centre – Surabaya is now using ^TDNexLabs Laboratory Information System in their routine operations since February 10, 2020.

Gleneagle’s decision to choose ^TDNexLabs was mainly influenced by Summit’s excellent customer support and TECHNIDATA’s compliance to with ISO 13485. TECHNIDATA Asia presented TDBiobank and TDGenet software to the Asian market, sharing the user experience of St. Luke’s Medical Center – Research and Biotechnology Division (Philippines). 

Highlights of the successful application of TD products was presented by Ms. Loraine Kay Cabral, Quality Officer of the Human Cancer Biobank Research Unit, who shared her TDBiobank experience in a presentation entitled “St. Luke’s Medical Center’s Efforts in Establishing a Human Cancer Biobank”. Dr. Daphne Chua-Ang, Head of Hematology and Molecular Pathology  of St. Lukes’ Medical Center – Quezon City presented “Future Trends for Biobank and Cancer Genetics”.

The Q&A session served as a knowledge-sharing mini-forum where the speakers and the pathologist participants shared their experiences and plans regarding the future of Biobanking and clinical research in the country (in which the usefulness of TD products like TDBiobank was highlighted and considered highly valuable).

TECHNIDATA announces the departure of Jacquelin Paré, General Manager at TECHNIDATA Canada.

Jacquelin Paré has decided to change career direction and pursue other opportunities. Over the last 5 years, Jacquelin has played an important role in building our success in North America. In this period, TECHNIDATA has been able to:

- Take back direct distribution of its software solutions in Canada
- Implement its multi-laboratory solutions in major account sites like La Mauricie and the CHU de Québec
- Create a team of highly competent coworkers, who will help us carry on with growth in the long term

Thierry Jeudy, Senior Vice-President of the TECHNIDATA Group with special responsibility for subsidiaries, will take over as interim TECHNIDATA Canada General Manager. We take this opportunity to thank Jacquelin for his leading contribution to the creation and development of TECHNIDATA in Canada during this mutually profitable period, and for his significant role in the growth of the TECHNIDATA Group.
